HEALING SPIRIT IS WITHIN US

INTRODUCTION
During an intense morning musing I finally figured out something absolutely profound, vital and the essence of all things.
The God spirit/power is essentially in us, in humans.
We are capable, with our minds, our heart, our meditative love power, of:
Healing
Seeing the future
Directly influencing the hearts and minds of people
Actually, with our God spirit (good and evil) can
convince people to do things or not to do things,
to do good or evil, and
Moving the world, the universe.
We have this God power inside us, and can transform it into direct action, by:
Recognizing it inside us, by
cleaning our own garden first, purifying ourselves of:
Evil thoughts, ways
Selfishness
Hateful, dirty words
Superficial yearnings, for material things. . .
and by living the path of righteousness,
seeking to do good always,
seeking to help people, help them find their path.
Working for, and if necessary, fighting for peace & freedom
for all!
Obstacles: That God spirit/power manifestation can be prevented, or tempered by:
Fear
Strong, negative emotions like hate, jealousy, coveting, etc.
Too much drugs, alcohol, etc.
Malnutrition
Not enough exercise
Pollution
High stress
Distorted values, evil thoughts, selfishness
Unwillingness to help others
Intimate relations with unclean things, or unclean people
Intimate relations without any emotion, love
Among other things.
There is thus no impersonal God or deity, ONLY originating outside us, in the sky, waiting to intervene, like a patriarch, or when or if called.
God’s spirit, power is also within, inside and outside us and we can tap into it, along with other God spirits.
There is a universal God spirit, a linking of the God spirits within us linking us to a universal God spirit.
We can tap into the universal God spirit path, the universal unconditional love stream.
Which is like a path leading to the universal god force
Which again is not a patriarch, living in heaven in the sky
It is an amalgam of all the God spirits in the universe, made up of a combination of our human God spirits, linking of all humanity’s’ God spirits
In other words, we humans who recognize and tap into their God spirits
together with our God spirits, make up the universal supreme consciousness.
Then why go to church, places of worship? Visiting a place of worship can help to bring out the God spirit in us, to motivate us to feel the intense spiritual vibes that help us to find, to follow the love stream with other God spirits, on the way to the universal god spirit.
In addition, a place of worship is often a place with concentrated spiritual vibes that can inspire us to return to our God spirit through prayer, we listen to, and sing, songs, see images, altar flowers, smell incense, etc.
However, I am convinced that attending worship or visiting a church is not necessary for us to tap into the cosmic spirit, to feel intense spiritual vibes.
MEDITATIVE SPIRITUAL HEALING- STAGES and METHOD
You are the “healer” noted below and the person to be healed is the “healee.”
The healer must keep his[1] mind and body pure, free of bad thoughts such as thoughts of evil, hate, etc. as well as pure physically, as stated above, which allows the healer to be most effective in healing others.
Below is the method the healer uses that has been developed by me over the years, during good and hard times.
THE METHOD
BEFORE HEALING
The healer shares with the healee, for the best results, the importance of a good, wholesome diet, with organic foods, if possible, and free (as much as possible) of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and fast foods, noxious chemicals, etc.
The healer also entreats the healee, for the best results, to keep good thoughts, release evil thoughts, hate, etc. and be in a safe comfortable place before, during and after the healing.
The healee must describe to the healer in detail what needs to be healed, either physically, mentally or spiritually. For example, if the healee has a liver ailment, he or she needs to explain to the healer, as detailed as possible, its characteristics, what effect it has on system (not able to successfully make toxins less harmful or remove them all from the bloodstream, digestion/appetite problems, pain, weakness, etc.). The healee must describe the part of the liver (if not the entire liver) affected, in what way (For example, according to healee’s research and doctor’s statements, only 9 % of the liver is healthy, etc.), what part of the liver is unhealthy, etc. The healee must describe to the healer what has been done by medical service providers to rectify the problem. (treatments, medicines, diets, etc.). If the healee can show the healer personal pictures of the unhealthy and healthy part of the liver, if possible, that can be helpful during the healer’s visualization purification process noted below. Also, the healee can show healer photos of a 3rd party, showing the healthy parts of the liver which will help healer during healing visualisation discussed later.
Finally, the healer must be convinced that the healee profoundly believes that the healer can (with his own spiritual energy and channelling the cosmic spirit) heal the healee. If not, the healer must decline to perform the healing as it probably will be ineffective.
HEALING
The healer, for the best results, must purify himself, as much as possible, before healing, get rid of issues (feelings of guilt, lack of forgiveness, hate. . .etc.), physical weaknesses and problems, and all impurities before undertaking the healing.
In fact, the healer will (sometime before engaging in healing) engage in the same stages of purification similar to steps taken during purification of the healee set forth below.
The healer will enter deep meditation. He will try to remember the moment in his life when he felt the most love, the most loved and free to engage in beautiful unconditional love. Keeping this feeling, he prays to, and solicits help from, all the prophets, to Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mohammed, the Buddha, Krishna, Brahman, Vishnu, Shiva, etc. and to the supreme consciousness inside and outside the healer.
The healer visualizes the parts of his body (and using his spiritual and physical energy, as well as channelling the cosmic spirit, i.e. being a conduit for it), starting from the crown of the head to the tips of his toes, with the help of the above prophets, and the healer’s inner spirit, unconditional love and the Cosmic spirit, sends it to his body, mind and spirit, purifying, cleaning the body, all the organs, one by one. During this process, all pain is taken away, pain caused by grating nerve endings, etc. all infections (bladder, etc.) and all corrupted and destroyed cells of the liver, kidney, etc. are washed and purified. For example, the cancer cells in the kidney (if present) are purified, cleaned and impeded in their growth and their multiplication is stopped.
The healer goes through his entire body, organ after organ, purifying, cleansing them. He rids the body of any physical ailment, defects, spiritual and mental defects. The healer also appeals to the prophets and the cosmic spirit to help him rid the body, mind and spirit, of any evil, bad thoughts, lack of faith, fear, hate, jealousy, guilt from the heart and mind any genetic defects, impurities, disease of any kind, (venereal, viruses, etc.,). He focuses on cleansing the brain of any impediments, disease, or mental problems, etc. He will also purify his spirit and soul and re-establishes (if need be) faith, the unconditional love spirit, re-establishing spiritual beauty, spiritual consciousness and deep faith.
Finally, the healer visualizes the purification of his entire, body, mind and spirit. This is done by visualizing all the pain, infections, diseases, genetic defects, evil thoughts, harsh, obscene words, weaknesses and fear. He then washes through the body, from the crown of the head and washes out/flushes from the toes of the feet to an area at least 10 feet from the body where they settle in a heap. The healer will then visualize that the heap is set on fire and all the above, pain, infections, etc. will be burned and disintegrated.
When the healer has completely purified the body and mind, and rid the body of the above, and re-establishes spiritual faith, he is ready for the 1st stage.
Stage 1
The healing will take place in complete silence. As such, for the best results, it must be held in a wholesome, comfortable and calm place.
First healer places his hands on the healee, especially the place to be healed or as near that place as possible.
If the healer is not in the same location as the healee, the former can engage in effective healing virtually, on the phone, skype, etc. but it is generally less effective than hands on healing or healing where the healer is in the same location or near the healee’s location.
The healer will enter deep meditation, and he remembers the moment in his life when he felt the most love, the most loved and free to engage in beautiful unconditional love. Keeping this feeling, he prays to, and solicits help from, all the prophets, to Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mohammed, the Buddha, Krishna, Brahman, Vishnu, Shiva, etc. and to the supreme consciousness inside and outside the healer.

The healer focuses on cleansing the brain of any impediments, disease, or mental problems, etc. The healer will also purify the spirit and soul of the healee, re-establishes (if need be) faith, the unconditional love spirit, re-establishing spiritual beauty, spiritual consciousness and deep faith in the healee. During the cleansing process, the healer visualizes the organ, or part of the body to be healed, such as the Kidney, and visualizes it clean, healthy and free of cancer cells, or he visualizes that there is only a small number of tumor cells (0-3 cells only), or none, which have stopped multiplying, or he visualizes the knee, now free of pain, and completely healed, where the nerves are no longer grating against each other.
Finally, the healer visualizes the purification of the entire, body, mind and spirit of the healee. This is done by visualizing all the pain, infections, diseases, genetic defects, evil thoughts, harsh, obscene words, weaknesses, fear, etc., especially the specific affliction the healer is called on to heal, washes through the body, from the crane and washes out/flushes from the toes of the feet to an area at least 10 feet from the body where they settle in a heap. The healer will then visualize that the heap is set on fire and all the above, pain, infections, etc. will be burned and disintegrated.
Stage 2
When the healer has completely purified the body and mind, and rid the body of the above, and re-establishes spiritual faith in the healee, he is ready for the 2nd stage. He musters up his remaining spiritual and physical energy and channels even more fervently, with more concentration, the cosmic spirit, and solicits the prophets mentioned above (including silently chanting “La ilaha inlanla,” “Adonai Elohaynu Adonai Ehad,” and God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost,” and other mantras, focusing on the part of those mantras reflecting the principle of the existence of “one God, one cosmic spirit” in unconditional, profound love).
Then the healer guides his beautiful, loving spiritual energy and the loving energy of the cosmic spirit, and the spiritual love energy of all the prophets mentioned above, in a glowing bright wave of unconditional love, free of hate, full of faith, fearless, through the body, from the crown of the head to the tip of the toes of the healee, bringing in durable healing forces, forever healing the entire body, mind and spirit, especially the affected places, notably the organs to be healed.
The healer images that the healee’s body, mind and spirit are completely healed, notably the organs and other places to be healed, which have completely absorbed this spiritual unconditional love wave, maintaining the body, spirit and mind, healthy and happy. . .forever.
Final Stage
The healer gently awakens from deep meditation, which is similar to a hypnotic trance. His breathing is normal as he looks at the healee to determine if he or her is calm, resting and breathing normally, calmly.
After the healer determines that a spiritual and physical equanimity has been established, he gently explains to the healee that the healing is complete.
AFTER THE HEALING
It is rare, but sometimes the healer is called to repeat the healing, either later that day or another day. It is difficult to repeat the same healing intensity the same day (or sometimes the same week) because the healer has used his own energy while channelling cosmic healing energy. However, the healer (hopefully after he has completely recuperated his physical and spiritual energy used in the first healing) will follow the same stages noted above and engage in meditative spiritual healing of the healee, the same day if necessary, even if it is not as intense as the initial one.
Finally, the healer explains to the healee that he or she will often be immediately healed and will feel whole and one with the universe after the session is complete. However sometimes he or she does not feel the profound effects of the healing for a day or more after the healing session.
Then the healer and healee hug and share a loving moment before they separate and go their separate ways.

Just trying to share what I’ve learned and what I’m continuing to learn!
